At NINE, we believe your cat's health data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains how Pard Business Management & Consulting Ltd. ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information.

core Principle: Your Data, Your Choice

We have designed NINE to minimize data collection. We do not sell your personal data or your pet's health data to third-party advertisers. Your entries are private.

1. Information We Collect

A. Basic Users (Local Storage)

If you use NINE without a subscription or account, all your data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your pet's profiles, weight logs, or photos. If you delete the app or lose your device, this data may be permanently lost unless you have backed up your device.

B. NINE Pro Users (Cloud Sync)

If you subscribe to NINE Pro and create an account, we collect:

  • Account Info: Email address for authentication.
  • Pet Health Data: Names, breeds, weights, BCS scores, symptoms, and photos you upload.

This data is securely transmitted to and stored on our cloud servers (utilizing Cloudflare's secure infrastructure) solely for the purpose of synchronizing your data across devices and generating PDF reports.

C. Usage Data

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., app crashes, feature usage statistics) to help us improve the app's performance and stability. This data is not linked to your personal health logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the NINE Service.
  • To sync your data across your signed-in devices (Pro users only).
  • To generate downloadable PDF health summaries at your request.
  • To monitor the usage of the Service and detect technical issues.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting, RevenueCat/Apple/Google for payment processing). These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not addressed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent and you become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
